ATLANTA (January 7, 2019) – Audubon Communities announced the completion of the second phase of its capital investment program at The Corners at Holcomb Bridge. The new ground-up construction of the leasing office was the centerpiece of a $3 million investment program at this Peachtree Corners property.
The new 2,800-square-foot leasing office is centrally located on the property and features a modern, sophisticated space. It replaces the previous office that was housed in a standard apartment unit.
“Our new leasing office will allow us to better serve current and future residents,” said Chris Edwards, Audubon’s managing director. “In addition to creating a positive first impression for visitors, the features in this space will be highly beneficial to our staff’s effectiveness.”
The office features a more spacious and comfortable environment and includes space for three employees as well as a conference / closing room, beverage station, and break room. It is outfitted with state-of-the-art technology including card access, security cameras and high-speed internet and Wi-Fi for residents and visitors. The building also contains a new secure mail room and a controlled access package storage system from Luxor.
Phase 2 also included significant upgrades to the amenities, including a pavilion and outdoor grill station, a dog park and new playground equipment. The community also received a facelift with new landscaping and lighting.
“There is no question the new leasing office and amenities will provide an even more comfortable and appealing environment for current and future residents,” said Edwards. “We are very pleased with the results of the second phase of our capital investment program and look forward to seeing its completion at the beginning of the new year.”
The final component of the capital investment program is the pouring of new asphalt and curbing, which is scheduled to be finished in early January
